Excellent Location and Great Stay! I stayed at this hotel with my family during the NYC Marathon, and it was a fantastic experience. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed and made getting around the city very convenient. The room was well-organized, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after busy days. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting NYC, whether for the marathon or leisure. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect, at the center of Times Square. Never had a problem about elevators. Internet does the job for general use, no complaints. Room service was good but once they didn't leave a floor towel for the bath, once they didn't leave any shampoo, shower gel etc. When we ask for it they bring but they shouldn't be stingy about these things. Especially in the mornings the water is cold. So if you love a hot shower you need to take it in the evening or at night. This is the main point for me why it's not a 5 star experience. In America most(maybe all) hotels don't provide slippers or complimentary water but they shall do like the rest of the world. Price is high but thinking of NY standards it's acceptable. We added one more day to our trip because of flight availability. That extension booking was a standard room but as they have availability they upgraded that day for us so we didn't have to carry our belongings to the other room next day. Thanks for that, I forgot to ask the name of the receptionist but he was very helpful. Overall very satisfying experience. Hope they install a bigger capacity water tank for hot water.

Check in was great and guest services texts you to see if you need anything; that’s when nothing happens. We called/ texted them because our room was warm (78) on check in and hours later at 9pm had not cooled down. Maintenance called and said to open the window and shut the AC off because the hotel had shut the air conditioning system down to the rooms because it was cool outside. Even though it was cool outside, the rooms consistently stayed 74-78 with no air flow the entire stay. 1. The window only opened a few inches and would not stay opened. Called maintenance again and he came up, mumbles something, and propped it open with a water bottle and left. 2. At 1 am the room was still 76 with 0 air flow and made for miserable sleep. 3. Because the window was the only chance for air flow and it was narrow and wide, you had to keep the curtains pulled back to not cover the small opening; this means your room was lit up all night and you could see into other buildings clearly and perhaps they could see us as well. Certainly not very private. About 3 am the 1st night I tied the sheer curtains together just above the window to dim the lights from Times Square so we could sleep. All the guests were talking about how hot and humid their rooms were and couldn’t believe a hotel would do this to their guests; especially advertising air conditioning on their description.

Helpful staff who accommodated our early arrival, held our bags when we checked out so we could explore the city before heading to the airport, and arranged a ride to the airport for us. Fantastic location if you are there to see the Broadway plays and musicals. Two of our shows were literally across the street. Facilities are nice, if not slightly dated. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to book here again.

Stayed at this hotel last week. Calling this a 4 star property is quite an exaggeration. The room was decent, but lacked a mini refrigerator & microwave. The price of the room certainly justified at least the frig. The TV remote did not work properly and the maintenance tech that was called was not helpful & didn't really seem to care. The biggest issue, though, was housekeeping and the security staff. We inadvertently left a mens toiletry bag in the room after checkout. The items in the bag were valued at a little over $100. The bag was either tossed or stolen by the housekeeper. We filed a report with hotel security and guest relations. They said they investigated, but nothing was done. No compensation was offered. I highly recommend people look elsewhere when booking a hotel in NY. There are so many better choices.
