18 Jun, 2024Edgar is an absolute master of his craft. He always answers the phone and makes everything super easy. I refuse to rent from anyone other than him. He has set me up with 2 amazing cars within the last month and it was beyond my expectations. Hector is also amazing, he walked all around the car with me and made notes on everything I said. They have my exclusive rental business.

02 Nov, 2024This was the EASIEST, most ORGANIZED and EFFICIENT rental process I have had in NYC, EVER! And, I have rented a lot of cars over the past 25 years. I arrived slightly early for my 8am pick up. The office opens at 730am. They opened the front door at 731am. Staff was prepared and ready. Nolan checked me in and apologized that it would take just a few minutes to get me on my way as I have an out of state license (CT). This took about 2 minutes. We were on the street, carside in less than 2 minutes. All the paperwork was automated so it was a simple process. The return was even easier. I pulled in near the garage opening, a staff member was waiting to greet me. Nolan was curbside before I even knew it. I was on my way in less than 3 minutes. Sign me up! The only reasons I didn't give a 5 Star rating are: 1) The car was 3/4 full of gas when I picked up (note: this is not unique to Enterprise at all) so it's really challenging to return the car with exactly that much gas in it. I ended up, not surprisingly, dropping the car off with more gas than when I picked up. 2) The $300 damage deposit held on my credit card took three days to be credited back. That could be in part due to my credit card company - though they are Citibank. Either way neither company should hold $300 for three days. Net/net - EXCELLENT - I will go to this location EVERY time I have the chance. Thanks Nolan and team.

16 Oct, 2024Amazing service. Do yourselves a favor and book with them. After making the mistake of booking with Hertz, we found ourselves on Saturday morning desperately needing two cars for the weekend (since Hertz didn’t supply cars despite having a reservation booked). We arrived at enterprise and hour before their closing time, and the staff was so nice and so helpful and even stayed after the closing time to finish the reservation with us. Just the best experience!
