Cons: 1. Room Condition: The rooms are in desperate need of updating. Basic repairs like replacing lamp shades, shower curtains, bathroom fixtures, and shelves would go a long way in improving the guest experience. 2. Emergency Phone Accessibility: The room phone was disconnected and stored in the closet without even a visible cord. This is a major safety concern. Not having access to an emergency line is a liability and could lead to legal repercussions. 3. Value for Money: At $109 per night, the rate is far too high for the condition of the property. Based on its current state, a $45 rate seems more appropriate. Recommendation: I suggest management tackle these issues room by room, prioritizing safety and functionality, to gradually bring the property up to a standard that matches its pricing. 25 Sep, 2024This hotel is so bad..."how bad?" This hotel is so bad, when I read the reviews I felt cockroaches running on my feet. This hotel is so bad, when I read the reviews I coughed from the second hand smoke and actually smelled raw fish. This hotel is so bad, it made me go slap my momma, take a shower and pour bleach in my eyes from what I have read. I mean never has a hotel been so bad, that it made me cancel my whole vacation just so I ain't have to stay there. I swear in the time I wrote this my phone already went missing. Smh. Satan himself walked in the door to this hotel then called God and asked for forgiveness.

06 Nov, 2024Our Uber driver told us to not leave the hotel because it isn’t safe around there. The window didn’t have a screen or a lock and the floor was sticky but it was somewhere to sleep for a layover. They were helpful checking you in. Prepare to get a contact high when you are in any of the hallways where the rooms are.

11 Sep, 2024I booked a 3 night stay at this 1074 Beach 22nd street Far Rockaway NY. location., for myself and my 3 kids. I checked in and was immediately discussed by the clientele that lives in your establishment. My 14 daughter was approached by a grown man in an inappropriate manner. My 12 year son was offered to buy weed, while waiting for the elevator. The 2 bed room smelled like mold. The sheets were not clean. The carpet needs to be replaced. The entire building smelled of weed, cigarettes and burnt plastic. . We checked out 30mins after arriving. I paid $700 for 3 nights. I am still waiting for my refund. I contacted the front office in regards to my refund and was told they don't know when the manager will be back. I will be contacting the BBB. DO NOT STAY HERE.

27 Nov, 2024We stayed here for a long layover just to get a second of shut eye. Found a roach. The lock to our door qas broken. Also found a girl in the elevator cooked out of her mind. Never again.
