12 Nov, 2024We needed to stay overnight after a family wedding. The parking is not complimentary they charge $20 per night to park. The rooms are okay, very outdated. I didn't see any phone charging stations in the room. the beds were not very comfortable. The lobby had an area with complimentary coffee and water. The coffee urn was empty, and I had to ask several times for someone to refill it. The complimentary breakfast was hidden in the back. It should be more visible, or a better display of signage would be helpful.

20 Oct, 2024While the rooms are nice sized. There's a big issue with service. I couldn't get heat in my room. When I complained about it, I was told there's no heat until the temperature is under fifty one. Well that's a rule only for residential buildings. This is a hotel and if I want heat I should have it. They eventually brought me a space heater. Very strange. The restaurant however serves good food.

22 Oct, 2024Working in The Retail Industry it Was A Breath Of Fresh Air To Go To A Hotel That Goes Beyond Customer Satisfaction. My Stay At The Inn At Great Neck Was Outstanding and I Wished I Was Staying Longer. I Was In Town For Business And My Overnight Stay Felt Like A Mini Vacation. From The Outstanding Ginger Salmon Suggested By The Waitress to The Cocktails At The Bar To The Delicious Complimentary Breakfast. Oh And The Valet Went Up And Beyond Making My Navigation Flawless. I Cannot Thank The Staff And Management Enough

14 Sep, 2024Perfect location for families of patients at North Shore University Hospital. Paul and the rest of the reservation team worked with us and were very flexible with our reservations. The Northwell rate for families of hospital patients at North Shore University hospital is greatly appreciated. The rooms are spacious and clean and decorated in a lovely art deco manner just like the rest of the hotel. The public spaces are lovely. We ate at the restaurant and really loved the food, selection and portion sizes, and having valet parking made our life so much easier in a busy town. All the employees there worked hard to To help us feel less stressed.

21 Sep, 2024Very nice 👌 from our valet Parking attendants!! Rene to the front desk attendees! Accommodating and helpful! I would stay again, the location is great if you have a car, but if on foot, it's difficult because of lots of construction going on and everything was a walk, not to many shops around to browse that was a car ride away
