She took on the majority of the work for our case–all we had to do was submit documents and she took care of the rest. We felt safe under the guidance of a true expert, not only in terms of the legal process, but also because Tsui herself is a third-generation immigrant. Tsui helped my wife obtain a Green Card in just 14 months. She had previously gone through the H1B process only to be rejected. We were panicking because she only had time for one more attempt. We heard about Tsui’s practice through a referral. Neither of us were familiar with the legal process so we did not know what to expect from working with an immigration lawyer. However, Tsui immediately made us feel heard and cared for. She honestly and directly outlined our options, timeline, and cost.
