Dr. Ziad is not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive and gentle. He listens carefully to any concerns I have and performs each procedure with precision and care. The entire staff is polite, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, especially if I have an urgent matter. They make booking appointments seamless, and I truly appreciate the extra mile they go to ensure I'm comfortable and cared for. Dr. Ziad is simply amazing, and I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking top-notch dental care!

22 Aug, 2024I never thought I'd write that a dental cleaning is relaxing but Alma is the gentlest, nicest, hygienist I've ever experienced. I appreciate that she tells me what she's doing and shows me the areas where I can improve my flossing and brushing techniques. The practice is great. I love that I can see photos and xrays on the screen so the team can show me what's going on with my mouth. Dr. Jalbout is efficient and direct but gentle. He listens to my concerns and even worked with me to replace a few fillings when I wanted to avoid numbing my whole mouth (my preference). His work holds up! Everyone works as a team and my appointments are always on time. Great place.

Dr. Jalbout is very professional and he aims for a successful outcome of a dental procedure by doing meticulous work. He also makes sure that the patient understands the role they play in terms of home dental care. Every successful dentist needs a wonderful staff and that exists at Making You Smile; Dianna, Gabby, Chantea, Alma and other staff members are pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Ziad Jalbout.

19 Aug, 2024Found my new dentist! What a relief to discover this wonderful office with a kind and very professional team. Loved Alma who cleaned my teeth - I mean as much as you can love a teeth cleaning... she was careful and communicative and did a great job. And Dr. Jalbout is the very first dentist who didn't aggressively try to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary work. Highly recommend.
