25 Nov, 2024I love working out at MFF!! The classes are the perfect combination of hard work, fun, and pushing yourself in a safe environment. Everyone who works here is so welcoming and fun- and there’s a general attitude of working hard but not taking yourself too seriously! What has impressed me the most is that even in a group class of 10-15 people the trainers genuinely pay attention to everyone and will come over and correct your form or make sure an exercise is working for you. 10/10 would recommend!

The facilities are top-notch, clean, and well-maintained. The welcoming community made every workout enjoyable. I gained valuable insights on optimizing workouts and training strategies. 09 Oct, 2024I've been a Ninja since 2017 and loved coming here so much that I ended up working for them part-time! It is a wonderful place for creative people at all levels of fitness who want a fun, positive and inspirational atmosphere and a great workout. I've belonged to almost every gym in NYC and the trainers here, many of whom are former actors, are the best in the business. Every single one is engaging, extremely well-trained and cares deeply about each person's individual progress. I would give MFF ten stars if I could.

23 Sep, 2024I joined MFF in 2022 and have had an absolute blast working out here!! I’m personally a fan of their supervised strength training program that helps me reduce the likelihood of any new injuries. What differentiates MFF though are the instructors (and staff) who create such an inclusive, fun, and motivating environment while remaining attentive to ensure everyone is in proper form and receiving modifications as necessary. This gym is a unique gem in NYC; don’t hesitate checking it out!

03 Oct, 2024I love MFF. It is more than a gym, it is a Community. I am fitter than I have been in years, because I want to be there. Our teachers are amazing and compassionate . The classes are fun and effective. But most importantly, it is a small intimate gym, so the training is intense, and we are well looked after. No injuries at MFF! The best decision I made moving to NYC, was joining this magnificent club!
