22 Oct, 2024The Best Dentist ever. Dr Moussa helped me with my teeth he operated and made me smile again with confidence he went that extra mile to make me feel amazing about my appearance. Mimi has been more then Amazing she has gone out her busy schedule to accommodate me every time I needed something done or fix the unexpected with no hesitation at all she would fix it with a smile. I would highly recommend this dentists to everyone who needs a transplant. I’m a very Happy Patient.

I was in the middle of a dental medical emergency and had seen a different dentist three days prior who dismissed my pain and barely looked into my problem. The pain was crazy! I ran across Montclair dental spa online and booked an emergency appointment. I took a chance. I will never go to any other dentist again!! From the door to the back of this practice, they were caring, efficient and very knowledgeable. They showed such great compassion that I was stunned. Dr. Melanie Russo was absolutely amazing in her assessment and equally providing a treatment plan. Her bedside manner put me at ease. Her kindness & compassion enabled me to get through the process & pain. Lucy the treatment manager kept me updated along the way. Receptionists Isabella & Camilla expedited my intake. I was in so much pain I couldn’t remember my healthcare info! While in the dental chair they tracked it down !! I am now at home resting so thankful that I found this team of professionals! I already have my next appointment booked. I have always feared going to the dentist- but after today I know what it is to be treated with the utmost respect & care as a patient. Thank you to the team for your work!

13 Nov, 2024Extremely Disappointing Experience at Montclair Dental Spa A few years ago, I had a positive experience at Montclair Dental Spa and was impressed with the level of service. Unfortunately, I was unable to proceed with my treatment at that time. Fast forward to today, when I was finally in a position to move forward with all-on-4 zirconia dental implants. I reached out to Montclair Dental Spa again, hoping for the same quality of care. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I scheduled my appointment for 10:30 AM and arrived at 10:29 AM after driving over an hour. I was told I’d be seen shortly. By 10:45 AM, a new patient arrived for her 11:00 AM appointment and was asked to fill out forms, while I, an existing patient, had already submitted all the required paperwork. Around 10:55 AM, another patient arrived for her 11:00 AM appointment as well. By 11:05 AM, the assistant asked the front desk if I was ready. The receptionist confirmed I was, yet they proceeded to call the two other patients ahead of me. By 11:20 AM, I was still waiting. Frustrated, I told the receptionist that I was rescheduling my appointment because I had another appointment in New York at 1:00 PM, and I didn’t want to be late. I was incredibly disappointed because Montclair Dental Spa claims on their website that they treat every patient like family and offer "unmatched skills and service." My experience was the complete opposite. I called the office to express my concerns, and the receptionist apologized, asking if I would give them another chance. I declined. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy I experienced was unacceptable. In this day and age, this type of treatment should not be tolerated. I would not recommend Montclair Dental Spa to anyone looking for reliable, respectful dental care. If you value your time and expect to be treated with courtesy and most importantly respect, I suggest you do your research before choosing this office, especially if you are seeking specialized implant services. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

09 Nov, 2024Terrific cleaning at Montclair Dental Spa Verona - Staff was welcoming and buzzing with efficiency. My appointment was on time and I can only describe the cleaning pain free and comfortable as the hygienist explained in detail what the dental cleaning which include. X-ray's and thorough Teeth explanation of the advanced machines they used the clean my teeth. Dr. Fariba was outstanding professional in helping me understand the results of my oral health check. Five stars for Montclair Dental Spa!

10 Sep, 2024Clara is the best! I always feel so anxious and insecure when dealing with my teeth. Clara made me feel so comfortable and confident that I would have great teeth and that she would take good care of me. I thought I would need the gas and whatever anesthetics, but she made sure I wouldn’t be scared and just the right amount of anesthesia. Before I knew it, I felt my legs crossed as I laid down comfortably. She has that warm sweet presence like a great mom. And I highly recommend for to everyone!
