Rezdôra is a New York Times three-star restaurant and a 2021 and 2022 Michelin Star recipient from Chef Stefano Secchi and Partner David Switzer in New York City's Flatiron neighborhood. The menu celebrates the cuisine of Emilia Romagna and is centered around house-made pasta, a nod to the restaurant’s name which translates to “head of household”-usually a nonna who hand rolls pasta. Traditionally prepared meat, fish, local vegetables, and Northern Italian wines complement the offerings.

22 Nov, 2024For all the current hype around Rezdora being the place to go for truly amazing pasta in NYC, they definitely lived up to it. The pasta was perfectly cooked and seasoned with each bite reminding you of the quality of ingredients and flavor profiles that added to their michelin star status achievement.

02 Oct, 2024I had low expectations after seeing reviews on TikTok, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything, from the food and service to the ambiance, exceeded my expectations. All of our dishes were a 10/10, with a great variety for vegetarians. The tagliatelle and the olive oil dessert stood out, and the brown butter sage pasta was also pretty good! The olive oil dessert was particularly unique, featuring olive oil in four ways—cake, crème, crumble, and gelato. The customer service was excellent, and I’ll definitely be returning. I highly recommend this restaurant—it’s one of the best new Italian spots around.

16 Oct, 2024This was my third time at Rezdora. The last time I dined here was in 2021 and I remember the food/service as exceptional. We dined for our anniversary, no acknowledgment from the server. Service was okay, we were undecided on the menu and asked if we could order starters while we were still trying to decide on pasta/mains. Our server told us we had to order everything at the same time. Food was good, but not exceptional. We had finished plates sitting on our table for quite some time while multiple servers walked by but no one cleared them until we asked. Our server would only talk/make eye contact with me but not my fiancé and that was slightly uncomfortable. I am not surprised they have not maintained their Michelin star.

29 Jun, 2024Beautiful place. We made reservations a month ago, and worth it. We ordered (to share for 3 people) a salad, two pastas, two sets of vegetables, the sea bass and the beef. The waiter suggested a delicious wine that paired perfectly with everything. The portions are a bit small (keep that in mind) and the service was a bit slow. But all in all a great experience.

07 Nov, 2024Super vibey, delicious house made pastas. Friendly service— we tried about half a dozen wines before making our selections. Definitely a staple place for special occasions—actually quite reasonable prices. Make your res two weeks in advance or try to get a late seating just after 10pm, if there is a no show.
