I made it my mission to find a place that was both kind and efficient while also understanding of my fears and needs when it comes to a dentist. From the moment that Cristina and I spoke on the phone I knew that this was going to be the place I chose to do my dental work. From her warm demeanor to her positive attitude I felt that I could accomplish anything and had nothing to be afraid of. I first came in to get a cleaning with Dr. Ari who is equally as kind and understanding the two of them aided in talking me through everything and helping me make the best decisions for my dental health. Immediately after my cleaning I felt comfortable enough to book my first procedure. However, when arriving my nerves were extremely heightened and I no longer felt comfortable that was until Cristina talked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable, at ease and like I had nothing to worry about. This was the first time I had ever had a dental procedure without being medicated for my anxiety and that is completely and totally due to the kindness and patience of both Cristina and Dr. Ari. I am so happy that I chose soho smile and I can’t say I am looking forward to my next dental procedure but I also won’t say that am dreading it! Without Cristina I do not think I would have been able to go through with it.

13 Feb, 2024BEST experience everrr!! Most thorough cleaning I have ever received. Everyone in the office was so pleasant. I especially loved how thorough the hygienist named Kayla is. Dr. John is very professional and very thorough with his exams. He explaining all the treatment options and made sure i understood everything . Cannot wait to go back for my cleaning and checkup.

From the welcoming reception area to the state-of-the-art treatment rooms, everything about this dental office exuded professionalism and care. The staff at Soho Smile are truly exceptional. They greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze. The dental assistants were equally attentive, patient and answered all my questions, ensuring I felt fully informed and confident. Dr. John is undoubtedly one of the best dentists I've encountered. His expertise and professionalism for dentistry are evident in the way he meticulously examined my X-rays and walked me through his professional opinion. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with a comprehensive explanation instead of rushing or pressuring me into making a decision. I can't say enough good things about Soho Smile. My recent visit was truly an eye opening experience from start to finish. I typically had bad experience with dentist who are more concerned with making money than taking care of their patients, but that was not the case at Soho Smile. I will remain a patient at Soho Smile and do not see myself trusting or going to any other dentist in the future. 14 Feb, 2024I have been a patient for many years, the staff, office manager Christina and Dr. John are the absolute best. My visits are quick and painless, appts are kept on time, im never sitting in waiting room (although it is a cozy one). As for my cleanings, the hygienist is super thorough and gentle. Soho smile makes my dentist experience a relaxing one and pleasure to keep returning. Thanks Soho smile!

22 Feb, 2024Its very hard to give a great review to a Dentist. Nobody likes going to the dentist. Especially me. I am the worst patient. I have TMJ which makes it very diifcult for a Dentist to work when I need to take a break every 5 min. Dr. John was patient and did an amazing job to make me feel comfortable. All the hygenists/assistants get on my case about flossing etc...but they are usually right and always keep my smile looking fresh. Last but not least, Cristina at the front desk called after my last visit to make sure I was ok and taking my meds. What a team! I highly recommend Dr. John and the Soho smile team.
