08 Sep, 2024This review is for the Chinese assistant. I read on Worldjournal Newspaper today (9/7/24) about Mr. Cheng's case, which was handled by attorney Christian Kubic. I had a similar case three years ago. I called this office and spoke to a male Chinese assistant. At the time, I didn’t feel too bad in my neck and arm, though my fingers were distorted and my knee was in pain. When the assistant asked if I had any broken bones, I said no (to the best of my knowledge at the time), and he responded, 'We will not accept your case.' Shouldn’t he have advised me to wait a few days to see if my condition worsened or at least let me speak to an attorney? I later went to another attorney, had neck surgery and received some compensation, but compared to what Mr. Cheng received, it was a fraction, so apparently the attorneys here are very good.
