27 May, 2024Great location! Steps to subway station and bus stop, Chelsea Market and High Line. The property is very run down. It’s not as pretty as in the photos. Overall clean but the floor didn’t feel nice on bare feet (sticky). The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator and if you don’t want to go on the stairs (pretty steep and high) you need to pay extra to be located on the lower floor. We didn’t pay, but I have a feeling we were put on a fifth floor on purpose (with a kid and a baby). They expected probably we would probably agree to an up-charge, otherwise I don’t understand why this option was still available upon check-in. Not very service-oriented and friendly. 🤷♀️

05 Apr, 2024Location, location, location. Just next to subway stop, middle of a great neighborhood, and easy place to start your day for Manhattan. Hot water could be improved, turn on a fan to block the street noise, otherwise nice place. Friendly staff, and comfortable. It's not a chain hotel, so don't expect room service, but easily a place to stay again for work or family.

01 Jun, 2023Staff were kind, and I was happy with our room and the housekeeping service. Room was nice, bed was comfortable! Great location, walking distance from some great stuff (Highline, Chelsea Market, various restaurants of course) and easy to take the subway to Times Square from the hotel! Breakfast was pretty basic (cereal, toast, tea, coffee) but for a free breakfast I can't complain. The shower floor could use a nice deep clean. Overall really happy with my stay, and would stay here again!

21 Apr, 2024My partner and I stayed here for the night after seeing a concert around the corner and had a great time. Bed was soooo comfy and everything was really clean, we felt truly refreshed. Staff was very accomodating and everything was smooth. Highly recommend this cute and cozy spot!
