17 Nov, 2024We have been at Gramercy Tavern several times, both the Tavern and the Dining Room, and both are consistently great. The food is always delicious and well-cooked, though once they didn’t ask how we wanted the beef, and it came out well-done instead of rare. That said, their service has always been top-notch—thoughtful, accommodating, and even considerate of our anniversary. They handle delays gracefully, offering drinks while we waited. Overall, it’s a spot we happily return to every time we visit NYC!

26 Jul, 2024We had a fabulous meal, everything was delicious! We loved the dips so much we ordered a second round. The oysters were the best! And of course, the chocolate chip cookie for dessert! Highly recommend everything. Also, the service was great and Alicia took excellent care of us and we had fun with her! Definitely recommend!

16 Jul, 2024I loved every experience we had at the Gramercy Tavern. We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and they really went out of their way to make it extra special. The steak tartar and the duck mousse liver were incredible. So much flavour and excellent portion sizes. There cocktails were fantastic! Flavourful, unique and delicious. The atmosphere has a great vibe. We were in the tavern and it was perfect. We will definitely go back to the Tavern next time we’re in NYC.

10 Sep, 2024I came here for a birthday celebration. The food was good but not outstanding. Their service was just ok. After serving each dish, they did not even bother to ask how s the taste of the dish. I guess they either were confident that customer would like the dishes or the restaurant did not care of their customers. Their dessert was quite disappointing, they were too sweet. I think I would not go back there again.
