03 Dec, 2024Extremely Dangerous. All Female Guests, Please read this. I booked this hotel for a few nights and on the first night, at midnight, two guys started banging on my door. They kept yelling and told me to get out of the room and open the door. I asked them multiple times who they were and what they wanted. They ignored me, forcefully tried to open the door (I had locked it from the inside), and continued with their yelling and loud banging at the door. It is midnight, mind you. I called the front desk and there was no response. This went for 30 minutes, I timed it. I called the cops because I felt like the guys were not going to leave my door and I feared for my safety. The cops showed up and escorted me down to the lobby. The two guys were Indian and were talking to each other making comments like she is alone, it’s a woman (not being racist, it is just a fact, I am a POC myself). Both guys were lingering around in the hallway the entire time and I could hear their footsteps. Once the cops showed up, I opened the door and the second they saw me open the door and walking together with the cops, they ran into their rooms. Moving forward, I go up to the front desk and the guy just acts dumb. At first, he told me it must be housekeeping. Who has housekeeping at midnight, that too followed by aggressive yelling and pounding at the door? He then tells me that he "accidentally” assigned my room which is why they must have been knocking. If that was the case, a normal person would have gone back down to the front desk and informed them, not continuously harass another person. He then tells me he can’t look at security cameras because is not a “manager.” Two of their guests harassed a female guest and the staff can’t even look at the security footage. Had I not called the police, I don’t know what would have happened to me. The 2 guys were outside my door for 30+ minutes. There was definitely something off here. Any other hotel would have investigated this and kicked those 2 guys out of the hotel. They were a danger to every single person in that hotel, but this hotel did nothing. It is day 2 now and I did not receive a call or a single explanatory email from management. You would think that an instance like this warrants at least a call. For your own safety, avoid at all costs. Beyond dangerous.

23 Oct, 2024This was the worst experience ever. The Sky Hotel. Room 208 Roach Hotel/Motel. The place was dirty and filled with bugs sorry roaches.. I turned on the lights to go to the restroom and all the roaches were scrambling to go back to hide. Nasty Nasty ass place. I told the cleaner and all he did was bring some bug spray. I left and stayed in the airport until my flight was to board. They wouldn’t give me my money back only another room. DO NOT STAY HERE. NEVER AGAIN.

16 Sep, 2024It was good for the layover we had. Clean, the guy behind the counter was nice and they had coffee. It did smell faintly. Safe area, close to the airports. Overall I’d stay there again.

04 Sep, 2024Not too bad. I am usually armed, so I felt safe. But I have stayed in nicer places. Especially in Provence. It’s very dog friendly!!
