17 Oct, 2024What a culinary gem! The flavors are simply amazing, showcasing vibrant dishes that tantalize the palate. Our servers Cristiano & Monica were welcoming and attentive to detail. We also had Amy advise us on a splendid delicious wine that paired with every single bite. The ambience was very fun and dim. Perfect for a date night. Loved the music as well. A delightful dining experience that leaves you craving more! Will definitely come back.

23 Oct, 2024First and foremost, wow! I have been blown away by the beautifully inspired plates that made for easily one of the best meals I’ve not only had in NYC but in the entire Western Hemisphere. Yes, I went there. The service was as keen and attentive as the food, music, ambience, and general love put into each bite. I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager who graciously welcomed us and made sure we had an unforgettable night. I am still savoring the wagyu short rib and curried goat patties. Even with a line wrapped around the building the speed of execution and quality of every morsel left no room for criticism. Simply sublime; give them all the James Beard and Michelin stars that they rightfully deserve because if you ask me, this was better than most Michelin experiences I’ve had!

23 Sep, 2024Lucky us. We were treated for our birthdays to eat here, a place we were looking forward to given our interest in food, top chef, and this particular concept. Location at Lincoln Center is great and although the place was packed, we didn’t feel crushed and could actually hear each other across the table, even with the music. Service was good but I was shocked that no high chair was available for our grandchild and the bathrooms were small, and dark, and second time in - no paper towels. Always a line. We shared many dishes and liked everything; our favorites were the desserts and the rice! Oxtail and pastrami ranked high too. I loved the shrimp and okra. Most dishes had a kick to it. This was lovely, a great vibe. Of note, everyone waiting online without reservations got in around 6ish.

12 Oct, 2024Please get the curried goat patties....they are mouth watering!! The oxtail Rangoon was also absolutely delicious! My friend had the branding which was perfectly fried and I had the Braised Oxtail. I like my oxtail falling off the bone, so this it was a little tough for me but that sauce was so good...I could drink it like soup!!! I definitely will return to try the suya because the smell that was wafting over from the table beside us was amazing!!!

27 Nov, 2024This place deserves the hype. Not a misstep in the kitchen or on the floor. Drinks are yummy. Try the jellied drinks which are like jello shots taken to another level. Among my favorite dishes were the fried okra, the Piri Piri salad and the short rib pastrami. Deserts are fabulous too. Even the peppermint tea was exceptional. Deserves the great reviews.
