27 Jul, 2024This safe area near the airport is just a short walk away from all restaurants. The front desk staff provided us with polite and helpful service. I forgot my necklace after leaving. The hotel staff swiftly processed and sent it to me, packing it thoroughly in a nice bag. It was truly appreciated and I will return here again.

27 Oct, 2024We stayed for 4 nights for un meeting Exceeded all expectations from the moment we stepped into they greeted with warm welcome the room was comfortable and good view towards skyline in manhattan they have a lot of resturent nearby my fav was the sea food across. The staffs were attentive and went above and beyond where they give service everyday.

19 Aug, 2024We booked a room online through their hotel website and had credit card on file to secure reservation. We booked after the 48 hr cancellation period, so we knew we wouldn't get a refund if we ran into any emergencies with our flights, and we were okay with this. We were coming in from an international flight late. When we landed on the ground we got an email notification that our room had been cancelled. When I called the hotel, they said because we were not prepaid, and they couldn't call us (we were in air), they cancelled our reservation- even though they had a credit card on file to guarantee payment according to their deposit. This left us scrambling in the airport to find a new hotel late at night. I would highly discourage this hotel if you need a guaranteed room reservation, very unprofessional.

15 Nov, 2024Hotel was clean and easy for checkin it was fast . We had the room looking towards the city which was nice and bed were comfortable . Room service was provided everyday which I like the most
