06 Dec, 2024Loved this quaint hotel. Room was a bit dated, but comfortable, clean and had charm. The wine bar was fun , breakfast good, and the staff are all friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.

12 Nov, 2024Good location, nice sized rooms, clean. However, I left my sunglasses in my room when I left @630am. Tried to find a phone number to call them. No luck. Only a number for reservations. General number no one answered despite several attempts and letting it ring and ring. Finally emailed. A day later got a reply, no sunglasses were turned in. If they had answered the phone when I called a few hours after checking out they could have sent someone immediately to the room and found them. Very casual attitude. Why don't they have a front desk phone that someone answers?

20 Aug, 2024My friend and I booked a room with the hotel and had excellent stay! The staff provided us with a coupon for breakfast and some free amenities and water bottles. The place was very clean, the room was large and comfortable. Staff let us access our room an hour early since we were absolutely exhausted because of the heatwave, which we really appreciated. We had an issue with the temperature inside the room which was freezing cold, and staff came to help us right away and provided us with blankets for the night. If we ever come back to New York, we’ll make sure to book this hotel again! Excellent!

21 Sep, 2024Smack in the middle of Koreatown...and 1/2 of a city block to the nearest Subway entrance, this place was convenient and felt very personalized. Desk and door staff were superb! Complimentary coffee and pastry each morning on 2nd floor. Rooms are clean, spacious and with private bath. Our view wasn't great, but the pigeons lined up on the sills at night and gave the place added charm.
