09 Oct, 2024Upside: the bathroom & shower are impeccably up to date, & would be considered luxurious in a modern apartment or house. Downside: I can appreciate the bathroom-style vent fan in the bedroom area that turns on when the lights are switched on, but it seems that little can be done about the musky human body odor (probably that of males) living in the walls & ceiling. I was willing to put up w/ it for a one-night visit, but it was especially bad after I showered shortly before checking out; I got out of the bathroom feeling clean & refreshed, only to gag on the thick foul man scent. All of this might be a product of this hotel catering to all different kinds of tourism, but it's also a glimpse into "real New York" w/ its unusual location.

10 Nov, 2024Front desk was so rude they have no reason to be like that when their hotel is not up to standard or even stay able By far the nastiest hotel in New York seems like it was just built so there’s that the photos are catfishing!! Why is there a cleaning lady but no clean rooms the rooms they gave us were dirty the floor was beyond sticky and black there was also hair all over the toilet and shower two days in a row we were given a dirty hotel the bedding had cigarette burns all over and were stained I got a non smoking room for that reason and it was still dirty I have never been to a hotel this dirty the bed was not made when I arrived the sheets and bedding were all in the middle of the bed as if the cleaning person was to lazy to make the bed. I don’t understand why they don’t care about hygiene it was truly disgusting I won’t ever be coming here again I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

29 Sep, 2024This hotel isn’t the Ritz-Carlton but you get what you pay for. Nonetheless, it’s the exceptional customer service of the staff - especially the younger guy that leaves at 8am and the slightly older gentleman that arrives at 8am - are truly exceptional. They did everything they could to accommodate me during my stay and I really appreciate them for it. Glad-fully, good people still do exists.

30 Jul, 2024I went here last week with my girlfriend and had a great time. The area was a bit noisy but the room was very cozy, clean and had a homey feeling to it. The bed was extremely comfortable the shower and bathroom was sooo gorgeous and the front desk staff was very kind to us as well. Will definitely be going back again although my girlfriend made a mistake writing a bad review on this hotel when she meant to put it on another, this hotel is one we will definitely come to every week just for a get away lol.

11 Oct, 2024I payed for a room last night as soon as you walk in the lady on the window talks and no one understands the room service guy was nice but the room was dirty I asked for a nonsmoking room they gave us a smokers room blankets were burnt a lot and hair on the covers it’s a in and out type of hotel not overnight. Too dirty.
